We’re hear to choose good or evil. If you’ve taught your kids well, they usually get it, eventually. A wayward child isn’t the sign of a bad parent. A parent who gives up is.
I agree. Sometimes you can be a very good parent and have an aberration for a child. It happens. Some children have a personality that cannot be controlled. It does not necessarily mean you are a bad parent.
Thank goodness my mother never gave up on me. Lord knows I gave her every reason to give up. Life without a father sucks, no matter how great a mother you have. I know.
