You can be arrested in some parts of the country for Hate speech because those offended felt in danger. Then you will get a disturbing the peace charge etc.
Bottom line you got arrested and charged for saying words.
You can get arrested for saying bomb in an airport and charged with inciting panic etc. and get put on a no fly list.
You can get arrested for saying so and so politician or cop should be hung. Charged with threatening a government official etc. and can be fined and or incarcerated for it though it is rare.
BTW any of these can get you on the government no fly list and you have little recourse.
