WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the nationwide tax subsidies under President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, in a ruling that preserves health insurance for millions of Americans.
The justices said in a 6-3 ruling that the subsidies that 8.7 million people currently receive to make insurance affordable do not depend on where they live, under the 2010 health care law.

Do you remember the vast expansion of federal and Executive Powers the Two House Majority Of Idiots GOP Majority gave him? Bush had a once in a generation chance to turn this nation back around as Ronald Reagan did. Bush was too darn busy appeasing his NWO Globalist Trade donors and the Sauds. That is when he wasn't pandering to China.
Do you remember our National Guards being sent to the Mexican Border Minus AMMO? Do you remember the two Border Patrol who shot a convicted felon while under attack and They went to prison? Do you remember Rummy even once standing up for our troops in combat as Murtha & others went on a witch hunt?
Do you remember Bush after 9/11 going before congress and saying our national defense was lax due to the huge drop in Military End Troop Strengths and equipment standing ready we needed to secure our nation and calling for a very sizeable increase? It didn't happen nor did the help ever arrive. Men were beating down the doors to go kick ass after 9/11 and were turned down. Bush did amateur hour in Iraq. Once there he just like Poppy was clueless as to what to do. Baghdad Bob wasn't funny he was a symptom of our bad planning & war policies. Remember Freepers saying Iraq will turn into a long term Boondoggle because it was not a declared war and the equipment we leave there once we train and equip a new Iraqi Army will be the new tools of the next extremist that walk in and take over.
Executive Powers and new policies and programs created under Bush are many of the ones Obama is using against us now. Just as many of us predicted before "W's" second term and in some cases his first one.
Yes Obama is a villain. But he would not be near the villain and danger he is had the jackasses in the GOP Leadership not subverted the limitations of federal government which are clearly spelled out. Even today given a second chance the two house GOP Majority has done what? Name me one thing they have done to stop Obama?
Bush gave amnesty to illegals by default by not allowing our military and BP to secure our borders. He would not even tie NAFTA into secure borders. Groups like The Minutemen were also discouraged under Bush.
What is it with you? Bush sold us out that's good because he was GOP but Obama sells us out and that's bad because he's a DEM? I expected the GOP to do better. Instead during "w"s term his "magnificent" little buddy made sure Conservatives running for both houses got primaried out in favor of Bush Hand Picked Liberals like Lamar Alexander. Some of us remember and we won't ever let the likes of you forget it. Some of us were Freepers before "W" even threw his hat in the ring the first time. BTW it was Bush Friend McCain who took a dive in 2008 for Obama. Remember that? I think both parties are corrupt beyond repair. They both have a majority of NWO Marxist Bastards in their top leadership positions. Now what say you now? LOL
Do you remember “W” appointed USAG’s promoting and prosecuting via Sting Operations on of all things elderly Grandfathers selling a firearm {as a hunting shotgun or rifle} or two on the side? Remember even when as loathsome a man as he was Clinton was in office you could still go to a flea market and see persons selling a rifle or shotgun and even carrying it around after purchase? Bush started yet another government war on We The People & called it the War on Terrorism. Who’s Rights got stomped on? Ours or the terrorist? The War Against We The People must end. W please do not use the WTC attack as an excuse to by-pass our constitution on trade matters. Many Americans including myself do not support this bill and we do not consider ourself terrorist either for not supporting it. Your choice of words on this matter was not the greatest. More and bigger guns. In the final analysis it all come down to force and until/unless the people are willing to storm the Bastille, the government will not be stopped. All the branches of government are now corrupt or neutered and can no longer be used to check the power of the Executive.
And now they want to disarm us because they think we’re angry and they’re afraid of what we’re going to do. :)
