Yeah, not even slightly surprised. The whole damn system can go effing collapse. I have zero, and I mean ZERO, loyalty any more.

Laz, it’s just a lesser evil. No biggie.

I have gradually backed away from my lifelong and keen interest and passion for civics and politics, focusing on my relationship with God, so I’m surprised at my rage.

I don’t recognize anything here in this foreign land where I live. There is no longer a nation to pledge my allegiance to..

Shame, isn't it? My father said to me that "This country is not worth defending anymore." He added where to fix it well, to be blunt, is by force and/or let it collapse and rebuild. He's a veteran too, was in Korea a few years after the war stopped. My niece tried to join the Army, we both tried to tell her not to but she did anyway although she was rejected for health reasons. Don't get me wrong, if we had to, we'd fight for ourselves, family, friends, the Western ideal and the country the way it used to be, but not for the system now.

I lost my mother in November of 2013. She had inflammatory breast cancer. From the time Barky was elected, everytime of the 4th of July when she heard God Bless America, she cried, she said, "Obama is hurting this country." For Christmas of 2012, her last one, she watched a rerun of the "Andy Williams Show." I looked at her and she was crying and I asked her "Why" even though I knew, and she said, "I wish we were back in the world of Andy Williams."

Well, she'd in a better place and God has another angel and I know she still watches out for me and takes care of me to the best of her ability. I know she is near. But like she said, I agree, I wish we were back in the world of Andy Williams.

I'm through with pulling punches, I will say what is on my mind. I wonder if Barky wasn't elected, we would be better off. I daresay, yes, we would be, SCOTUS-care/Obamacare would not be here, I know that much. Barky got elected because of one thing, he is Black. (OK, technically, he is mulatto, but looks is everything in our world, he looks pure Black so there) Pure and simple. Geraldine Ferraro, I disagree with her politics but I have to hand it to her, she was brave and spot on in saying the same thing. He is our first affirmative action president. Even so, there is another factor too, the rubes that voted for him because he is Black, they wanted to make history, well, my friend, they did.

Andy Williams, where are you when we need you?
