Over 20,000 people live in Ferguson Mo... MAYBE 400 local residents were involved in the riots. 400's on the high side of an estimate and that's still NOT diddly squat.

Black Panthers types represent themselves - they have limited following in the black community. Have you ever wondered why white communities don't have self appointed 'community leaders'?

You can also hire foreign/muslim terrorist to carry out terrorist attacks and make it appear as if some militant group has teamed with foreign terrorist to wage war against the US.
The 1960s radicals, Weather Underground types, learned from their mistake in using domestic terrorist to wage war against the US.
With domestic terrorist it’s simply a matter for law enforcement. With foreign terrorist it becomes an act of war.
It doesn’t take a lot of people or a lot of money to start a war.
As far as you know someone could get a muslim terrorist to set off a car bomb in NYC then blame it on the racist right wing extremist TEA Party and have them declared terrorist and turn the full weight of the federal govt against them.
