This is why getting concealed carry is not just optional if you spend any time around this culture or places where they hang out.
And it IS cultural. I work with a fair number of negroes in my occupation. There are a lot of “normal” ones, but almost every single one of the normal ones was not raised in the US.

I have met a double digit number of black African immigrants ... mostly from Nigeria. They come across as normal people. I get the impression that the "jerk ratio" over there isn't much different from the "jerk ratio" most places. The "jerk ratio" among black Americans is much higher than normal.
Americans in general are not that violent. No more than Europeans or Japanese. We have a couple of very violent subcultures that cause an enormous amount of crime, death and destruction. Without them, we would be another relatively peaceful safe nation. They send the numbers soaring.
