Actually, no, but I enjoy how wildly you missed the point. Another row of teeth is more of a reference to sharks.
While it's not entirely analogous, the point is that the sweet, down-home smile and put-on manners mentioned in your first post are hiding something more dangerous behind them.

Something, I don't know, like this: "I was thinking ‘B!+<#, you need to take your yankee @$$ back up north where you came from."
