How are you supposed to identify that as a crosswalk?

Aren't there "regulations" about what a crosswalk are supposed to look like?
As in, safety, jaywalking offenses, etc.

No officer, I stayed on the yellow stripe the whole time.
Yeah - I was expecting it to have the colors go the other way - like the broad white stripes do in normal (yes - NORMAL) cross-walks.
It would surprise me if there will be an accident or two at them.
