Conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents Monday while returning through an airport to U.S. soil. Why? Because he once filmed a video in which he illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border. And customs agents told him he will be detained every single time he enters the country from overseas henceforth.

An Obama mandated directive for sure.
I used to get secondary inspection every night that I came back, but back then you could drink while they searched your car and tore it apart.
You cannot enter the country “illegally” if you are a citizen you can come in by any means necessary and not expect to be harassed past “stop/freeze.”
Can he take legal action?
Fine, that is all James wanted, for the Feds to actually start upholding the border. But you and I both know they only selectively enforce the laws, illegals get a free pass.
