Nevermind that the fighting -- in a busy crowded public venue in view of clearly marked police cars -- was something wholly and wildly out of character for authentically criminal bikers such as Hells Angels and Mongols, who go to great trouble to maintain a low profile publicly and in fact involve themselves in things like CoCI meetings in order to give themselves legitimacy in the public eye. A CoCI meeting would be the absolute LAST place authentic criminal bikers would plan to do this.
Nevermind that the vast majority of the "suspects" arrested were sitting on the patio or in the restaurant at the time of the fight, let alone that the vast majority had zip, zero, nada criminal record.
The police arrested people not due to probable cause that they were directly engaged in criminal activity, but because of insignia they may or may not have had on their clothing, said insignia absolutely LEGAL to wear, but presumed by police "biker gang experts" to openly express their regular participation in criminal activity.
Lawmen are supposed to catch criminals in the act of being criminals.
MILITARY are supposed to fight an enemy distinguished by emblems and insignia on their uniforms.
There were no lawman at Waco that day, only militarized "police" at a time and place where it just so happens they could arrest and destroy the financial, professional, and personal loves of nearly 200 probable patriots -- bikers of all types, from mom-and-pop clubs to even bad-ass dudes, are notoriously pro-American patriots and veterans.
