How is she a RINO? The Republican party was founded to oppose the Southern 'RATs of the Confederacy, was it not? You know history much better than I do but it seems any Republican would favor removing a symbol associated with 'RATs.
You associate the Confederate Flag with Democrats, whereas they are campaigning against it now .... you're talking about 50, 80, 150 years ago. I'm talking about right now. I'm talking about the NAACP and their "bloody shirt" campaign against everyone and everything "white", i.e. Caucasian. Remember how Bill Clinton was said to be the "first black President" -- it was claimed as an honor, a "first black" pushing back the hated tide of European-Americans and everything they stand for.
