Media breaks into it's old routine.
It should be chaotic, because there is no legal definition of “gay”, it cannot be determined by genetics, it cannot be determined by family history, or upbringing. Anyone can claim to be gay, anyone can claim to be not gay. It is defined by behaviors, but those behaviors are exhibited on a sliding scale, i. e. various shades of bi-sexual. Does one same sex attraction make a person a homosexual or bisexual? Only if behavior brings that attraction to fulfillment? We are making federal law based on a slippery, sliding scale based primarily in behavior. How is this possible in a supposedly rational society?
