Wasn’t Hamilton (on the $10), A REPUBLICAN ..????

I believe that is the reason the LEFT has decided that the $10 bill is more appropriate than the $20.

There were no Republicans in 1804.

I think that Alexander Hamilton was a Federalist, as was John Adams.

Quite the opposite. Hamilton was in favor of a strong federal government. He also had a very notorious affair with a married woman while he himself was married. Sounds like a Democrat to me.

Hamilton was most definitely a Federalist. He believed in a very strong central government. He was the country’s first Treasury Secretary, and had a class of USCG cutters (formerly known as Revenue Cutters) named after him. Probably my least favorite founder. Brave guy in the Revolution, though; I’ll give him that.
