Hopefully, Roberts won't knuckle under to blackmail like some here say happened regarding the earlier Obamacare case.
Even if the adopted children issue were exposed in the MSM, Roberts will almost certainly not be impeached on those charges by a Congress where both Houses are controlled by establishment Republicans. So he can probably afford to be more independent now than he was a couple of years ago.
Roberts will not be independent until the kids are 18. As long as there is a chance his kids could be removed - even extradited - from the only parents they have ever known, no doubt he will protect them. His family was NOT VETTED by our side. He should never have been nominated for the supremes.
Roberts’ kids are much older now and wouldn’t be sent back to Ireland should it be exposed that Roberts did do something illegally!
Can be totally wrong on this, but my reading is that by them stretching this out til the end, they are getting ready to knock down both “gay marriage” and Obamacare, then get out of Dodge.
