2 of those kicked off the whip team earlier for voting ‘against the rule’, Lummis and Pearce, voted against it. But one, Franks, voted for it.

Pearce joined the two NM Democrat Reps (Lujan Grisham and Ben Ray Luján) in voting "No." The Democrats (together with Boehner and Obama) rounded up enough Rat votes to offset the 50 courageous Republicans who voted against it.
