Yea, also they are creepily calling him by three names. DYLAN STORM ROOF. That's standard practice. Including a middle name lessens confusion with innocent people who have similar names. Maybe not much of a problem with "Dylann Roof," but on the other hand there must be lot of people around named Mark Chapman or Lee Oswald.
