Best I can tell, the two flag patches on his jacket are *African*.
The Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB) has always used the flags of the Boer Republics as its national flags, as well as other Boer independentist movements.
The other flag appears to be the flag of Nigeria.

No. The Nigerian flag is indeed that in the pic you posted, with the *two horses* Nigerian crest. But the one on his jacket, which also waves at the top left on my FR profile page, is that of Rhodesia, with the Rhodesian crest, with the gold miner's pick, a soapstone bird at top, and the two rampant kudus.
