Or, was this just a gift by the board at the expense of the children they are supposed to serve? If so, I’d say it’s time to replace them. Though who would do that escape’s me. This is SOP for most high profile charities in the U.S. and why I give my money very selectively.
Leftists who have worked themselves into amazingly lucrative leadership positions at these charities, redirect the money given to perform the stated function, in order to push their personal political agenda.
Look at the Komen Foundation, which collected large amounts of money from across the political spectrum to “fight breast cancer” and then re-purposed those funds to provide abortions at Planned Parenthood.
This is the method by which the Leftist elites network and stay in the good graces of the collective.
