As I always say about Obama:

He lies.
We know that he lies.
He knows that we know that he lies.
He does not care.

Which is pretty darn scary. It's pathological. And it's not just him. It's the ruling class (e.g. IRS). They just say stuff and expect to get away with it. After all -- what are the peasants going to do?
