I know EXACTLY how probably cause works, and the length of incarceration and excessively high bails set in this case are not good examples of its proper invocation.

Finally, and possibly most importantly, your argument is rendered invalid by your complete failure to mention accountants who would beat the crap out of you at the drop of a hat - because I support them MOST of all...

I have heard that the people arrested may have also been wearing PANTS !

In New York City that would mean solitary confinement and bread and water. It's the only way to treat such scum.
