All I've said, more or less, is that there was PC to arrest anyone in a biker vest that day.

And the bulletproof vest is for real life. I don't need it to defend myself against all the keyboard warriors out there in cyberland.

“Just the facts, Ma’am”. Not all bikers present were arrested.

OK, so you don’t know why some bikers were arrested and others were not? Hard to believe someone or a reporter would make this statement as news, yet provide absolutely no reason for this.

What is your point? Do you dispute that the veterans and religious club members were not arrested?

It wasn't a point, it was a question to you.

I personally have absolutely no idea why they'd conduct a mass arrest of bikers, yet not arrest other bikers.

And why I stated I find it hard to believe someone or a reporter would make this statement as news, yet provide absolutely no reason for this.

” there was no justification for $1,000,000 bails”
Tell that to all the bail bondsmen, lawyers and other ‘good ol’ boys’ that feed at the hog trough of high bails.

And those were NOT arrested.

Not arrested, eh? Once the Grim Guardians who are still sitting in jail in Waco learn of this they'll have even more reason wonder why they are there.

Or the insane costly war on drugs government concocted. It didn’t do a damn thing to stop drugs, but it sure inflated the size and control of government.

No.
There is not a “special case”.
There is a constitutional provision and it will be abided by.
If they can’t come up with a reason to hold people, then they have to let them go. If they turn up something later then they can issue a warrant later. It’s strait forward.

A twelve year old in Texas understands this.

1. You can believe that the hardened criminals would never do so in a public place with innocent civilians present, but that the cops would? Wouldn’t hardened criminals be at least as likely to do so?

You presume everyone present was a "hardened criminal" when any criminality has yet to be adjudicated.

That is directly contrary to our system of jurisprudence.

You ignore previous accounts of Cossack - Bandido violence in public places.

Nope. Past performance does not guarantee future returns, as the saying goes.

In those instances they didn't have LEO snipers counting their nose hairs, either.

What is it with the mythical, heroic nature of the criminal gangs? such that it is believed that they leave civilians alone, would certainly not take their grudges to a public place, etc.? They most certainly DID at Waco and that was not the first time, just look it up.

Start with the pejorative "mythical".

Now, look at the history of criminal enterprise from the Mafia on and you will find that the organizations which truly are criminal in nature will minimize collateral damage for the very reason of limiting public outcry demanding their demise.

When innocents get killed, pressure is on LEOs and politicians to get rid of criminal organizations. When the killing is confined to the competing criminals, the public tends to justify it with the "another Mafia got whacked/good riddance" attitude and there is no public outcry.

When we don't know for certain who killed who, and you patently ignore the apparent grudge of all the LEOs present against bikers there, you are presuming the murder and assault with a deadly weapon, among other charges was solely the domain of the bikers present, With 'only' 9 dead and roughly 20 wounded, it is obvious that not everyone wearing leathers was shooting or stabbing anyone. Even at two assailants to the victim, the majority of people present would not have been directly involved in causing injury to anyone, and that does still not account for rounds fired by all the LEOs present.

I dispute it.

At least three members of the Grim Guard (a Christian biker group) were arrested and as of two days ago were still being held.

You’re going to have an epiphany soon when you stand before Yeshua and explain your attack on this righteous and decent man.

It won’t be pretty.

As to your other point, if all 9 of the dead were using deadly physical force against another biker or a cop or an ordinary citizen, then yes, I'm glad they're gone.

Even if they were doing so in self-defense, or in defense of another party who had been/was being attacked with lethal force?

At least in my state those are perfectly legal reasons to use lethal force. Be careful of your presumptions.

Hundreds? of decent, law abiding bikers with a small handful of completely legal weapons.

All of the violence was by Law Enforcement thugs pal.

Nobody was fighting anything until Obama’s thugs started shooting. All shots fired were by LEOs.

Yes. Some Bandidos murdered a Cossack.

How does that make the Cossacks a criminal organization?

You saying that most of them have criminal records just adds value to my claim.

You must have misread something. Two thirds (66.7%) of those arrested have NO criminal records.
