Once that has been determined, we can have an interesting discussion about whether any of the killings that were by cops were justified.
You also are jumping to the somewhat odd conclusion that shooting biker gang members is a liberal ideal. Conservatives are all in favor of it under certain circumstances.
People engaged in shootings that endanger others should be shot by the cops. (Whether that is what happened in Waco has not yet been shown.)
IOW, if you and I engage in a gunfight in the middle of a shopping center, the cops are entirely justified in shooting us both if we refuse to stand down. Again, whether that is what happened is still not shown.
My original point was that it seems unlikely to me that the TX legislature passed a law intentionally designed to take down a specific conservative prosecutor in order to help death penalty advocates.

Such a law would presumably have had to be signed by the gov, who is now running for the GOP nomination. Why isn’t that mentioned in the article?
They weren’t the good bikers, like those who ride every year to DC to support the troops. That’s the difference
