I just read an update and they are still not saying who the girl was. The authorities say it's because of her age but I say B.S. In the past authorities in Indiana have named names of even younger criminals. Makes you wonder if the family just wants it to go away.

I've been through Kokomo countless times but I know no one there. I bet the locals all know who she was.

BTW, thank the lord they finally built a bypass.
