If this insanity is to continue—and it may be irreversible at this point—all U.S. citizens should be granted dual U.S./Mexican citizenship. U.S. businesses, corporations and individuals should have full rights to acquire, own and develop Mexican real estate, operate businesses and factories in Mexico and to acquire and exploit Mexican mineral and agricultural resources.

Nice idea but the Mexicans will never go for it, too many Americans are evil white people. Better that California secedes from the Union and completes is transformation into a Communist paradise.
