Who'd have guessed we'd be cheering for the Dems? But quite frankly, without knowing what was in the bill, it's hard to tell who was right or wrong.

Except that they wouldn't tell us what was in the bill, so it is right to automatically reject anything that hasn't seen the light of day, very similar to obalahblahcare. If I don't know what's in it, then I can't vote for it, right? I just can't believe I am on the side of mostly democrats on this...the world truly has turned upside down.

Not really. Anybody voting for a bill kept secret from the public is anti freedom. That does not mean that those who opposed are pro freedom though.
