Well its a pretty big area of land. With almost 3 million people in it. What do you think it SHOULD have been?

I'm fine with Nevada being a state. I don't see a prolem there. But just in case, here are some stupid ideas to advance the stupid dialogue.

Indian reservation? Tortoise Habitat? Federal Prison? Land Fill? Military Base?
