I should know better than to stick my hand into this dogfight, but I have been reading it going on for three weeks. Here's my thought: somebody should take the statement,

"So, basically, if you support the constitution, you have to support the rights of drug-dealing criminal gangs to receive due process of law.. And if you don't support the rights of drug-dealing criminal gangs to receive due process of law., then you don't support the constitution."

Substitute "drug-dealing criminal gangs" (in both instances) with, "sub humans", and then ask T.Gator if he/she agrees with it. I think a lot of posters could save face this way and we all might benefit by getting over this particular bump in the Wacko story.

Define sub-human. And please cite the relevant part of the Constitution as to their status.
