That’s Just Jackson,Mississippi, being Jackson,Ms.Stuff goes on there that defies explanation. And a written description, cannot begin to reveal. For instance, long years back, a police officer was killed (kilt) and during the funeral procession,several members of a underclass exposed they privates to humiliate the officer’s memory and family as the procession drove thru a section of town not friendly to the police.
