The Obama administration will send an additional 450 military advisers to Iraq, the Pentagon said Wednesday, deepening U.S. involvement in the war against the Islamic State and underscoring the fragility of a U.S. strategy which rests on the abilities of local forces.
The new troops, once in place, will bring the number of American service members in Iraq to around 3,500. The soldiers are expected to be focused on assisting Iraqi forces and tribal fighters prepare for an offensive to reclaim the western city of Ramadi, which fell to Islamic State militants in May after a retreat by Iraqi forces.

If the ass had just kept 3,500 American troops in Iraq, there wouldn’t be an ISIS.
Obama wants just enough so that ISIS can capture a few and publicly parade and execute them.
He does not want to win.
The Enemy Combatant-in-Chief will do no such thing. ISIS is his baby. They’re Iran’s shock troops. Once they do their job (which is almost done), Iran will sweep in and claim the territory. ISIS will defect to Iran, which will by then have the BOMB.

If they haven’t been able to teach Iraqi troops not to drop their guns and run like crazy at the first sign of the enemy by now then they never will. And an additional 450 trainers won’t change that.
