It’s no secret that Jonathan Capehart and his boyfriend, architect Giuseppe Lignano have been together for at least 10 years and counting.

And the boundaries, once erased, have proven to be most accursedly difficult to re-establish. It is analogous to the overrunning to the boundary between Mexico and the territory once known as “the United States of America”.
Consider the furor raised over the Duggar family and recent revelations that the eldest son may have had intense sexual curiosity. Was he a predator? Hell, he was an adolescent, and intense sexual curiosity is a powerful motivator for adolescents, especially when sternly forbidden. Did the Duggars handle it right? There is no one authority for dealing with the situation, and strategy has to be made up on the spot to mitigate or stop the behavior.
Much of the condemnation has come from “experts” who think they OWN the “right way” to handle the explosive events that went on, and some of those “experts” have been miserably poor in dealing with ANY kind of misbehavior.
Boundaries were established long ago for a reason. That the boundaries fail, is not an excuse to not even attempt to re-establish them. The task may be long, and difficult, and subject to severe setbacks, but must still be done, even in what appear to be hopeless circumstances.

To the homosexual, their sexuality IS their identity. It’s all they believe they are. Any perceived attack on their sexuality (and free exercise thereof) is an attack on them.
Hastert did not molest young boys. He molested high school teen boys. Gays like to say "pedophiles are not really gay, they're pedophiles." Would anybody here agree with the statement "Guys who have sex with 16 year old girls are not heterosexuals, they're pedophiles"?
