Over 200 buses in that pic, total for the lot is probably over 300.
That is transportation infrastructure already in place. Democrat city leaders decided to not use it.

Exactly...the busses were there, the intelligence and competence of leaders to get a process in place to use them to evacuate people was totally lacking.....
