Ya know, I have absolutely zero respect for someone who asks questions under false pretenses. Its especially true of anyone dumb enough to rely on Donald Trump or Rand Paul for info.

“Ya know, I have absolutely zero respect for someone who asks questions under false pretenses. Its especially true of anyone dumb enough to rely on Donald Trump or Rand Paul for info.”

So Mark Levin and Rush are a@@holes too? OKAAAY! How about Jeff Sessions? He’s an a@@hole too. OkAAY. No respect for some of the best conservative minds in our day. You need to get off the Koolaid and ask yourself why the republicans are voting one bill after another that Barack H Obama is salivating to sign. Not a good thing my friend. Not a good thing. Of course the worst a@@hole in the world Rand Paul is voting no. Just Rand and a few others.

I just want you to say that Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Jeff Sessions are no nothing a@@holes. How come you can only name Rand Paul who voted no and Donald Trump who is opposed to the trade bill as the losers?

You tell me why Ted Cruz who is supposed to be our conservative saint is voting for this insane trade deal. You tell me. Marco Rubio loves it. Do you love Marco?

Give me two paragraphs on the trade bill and why any sane American would want it?

I find it ironic that principled conservatives are like weeds for about 3 1/2 years every election cycle and then become Obama-loving America haters a few months away from an election.

Of course this cycle breaks the trend. Principled conservatives have been Hillary! loving America haters for about a year already.

I am however upset that I haven’t gotten my Yosemite Sam on A dragon picture yet and I simply don’t feel whole until my favorite conservo-fraud posts it to me.

Elizabeth Warren was against it. Does that mean you are voting for her in the General Election?

Some issues are just too complicated for some people, but then again I suspect you have an agenda. Every single Cruz thread, you and others start dragging the same talking point over and over like it’s been lifted from a website. HB1, TPP, Iran, etc. Who are you working for because you obviously have an agenda. Or are you one of those birthers trying to get around the lunacy logic that Cruz isn’t a NBC by raising these side issues to unnatural hysteria.

Cruz gave a speech in NH this week answering all of these issues why he voted the way he did. I suggest you listen to it.

With TPP, the biggest issue is the timing of the vote. What Levin/Limbaugh were all arguing about primarily is that this should not have come to the Senate Floor now. But McConnell decided to bring it to the floor. The easy way out is to vote “Present”, but Cruz voted for it based on the merits it would have assuming good leadership in office. He does not trust Obama and that wasn’t the basis for his vote. But a “No” vote would put him in the Elizabeth Warren camp according to your logic, whom we all know is a few fries short of a happy meal. When you got Obama on one side and Warren on the other, it ain’t clear cut. Cruz voted what he thought was best based on logic after weighing the risks.

The same is true with the Iran vote (something better than nothing) which at least gave those Senators an opportunity to review any agreement not deemed a treaty, but come on, we all know that vote is meaningless because King Obama does whatever the hell he wants.

Then their’s the Freedom Act which scales down the Patriot Act. It’s a middle-ground rightfully needed in terms of National Security without violating privacy rights. Ideally, we know what needs to be done here: specifically targeting radical-islamofacists and their sympathizers so they don’t get the chance to kill more people and blow up more buildings. That’s what the bill should really target and state. But a lot of isolationists out here don’t even want that. Well I’m sorry. If Mohammed Al-Moroni just came from an ISIS controlled location in Syria into the United States to “preach” at some mosque to garner supporters, then you’re GD right I want someone listening to their phone calls and jail them all before they get a chance to do serious harm.

While were on it do you want to bash Cruz for leaving early and not recording a vote on the Loretta Lynch vote, even those he voted “No” in cloture and 99.9% of real conservatives know where he stood on the issue?

Since you bring up Levin/Limbaugh as well, do you notice that they haven’t attacked Ted Cruz directly on his votes, but have gone after Rubio. Coincidence? Maybe they get Cruz’s logic and reasoning. Show me a statement where they went after Cruz directly (Hint: You won’t find it).
Cruz’s logic was different from Rubio’s.

But let’s not let facts get in the way now. After all, you’ve got to keep posting the same talking points against Cruz on every pro-Cruz thread. I hope you’re on the ping list because you’re going to be pretty busy.

The great thing about being an unrepentant purist is the arrogance that comes with knowing that we hold all the real power. Allow me to explain...

Because the GOP is so fractured, Purists are the only people that are on the same page. The page the founders intend. We have a pretty clear vision for what we want, while the moderate/liberal wings of the right run around like carny barkers all vying to trade their principles away for one compromise or another. That’s history. They do it every single election. This year it’s becoming about who can out gay the other guy on the way to Democrat sainthood.

We unrepentant purists aren’t about compromise. So we don’t have to play street dealer in a 3 card monty game. We just vote for conservatives. Most of us learned our lesson years ago and are sick of trying to bring common sense to complete idiots.

So now it’s simple. There are enough of us that the GOP RINO of choice cannot win. We proved it with Romney. We will do it again WHEN the GOP pushes his clone on us.

That being the reality of the situation, all these lesser evils can either join us in electing a conservative...or lose again. It’s really that simple. Since they either lack entirely or employ selectively their principles, we are just taking it off the table entirely and simplifying the whole process to ease their conflicted minds.
Vote with us for a conservative and we win together for the betterment of America or lose with a RINO and take your chances on another Dem in the White House.

Because you WILL NOT be getting our support with a RINO and as such, you DO NOT have the numbers to win.

Period.
A real one ( . ), not an Obama one.

“But let’s not let facts get in the way now. After all, you’ve got to keep posting the same talking points against Cruz on every pro-Cruz thread.”

Threads you apparently never look at since I coined the phrase “Ted Cruz accept no substitute” for the past months. Facts are sticky things. It does not give a pass to start voting for controversial bills that many conservatives smarter than you and me are opposed to and have issues with. Blind loyalty is not a good thing. There is nothing wrong with questioning anybody’s voting record.

I am personally opposed to any giant trade bill that cedes even a smidge of our US sovereignty to any other country or the UN and so should you. I am also opposed to another NAFTA type agreement which this is and on steroids. These types of trade agreements benefit the weakest links not the strongest. This trade bill from what I gather is filled with global climate change crapola.

When you start dissing me because I’m opposed to a bill Barack Obmama, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner are saliviating to pass I just have to laugh. If Ted Cruz hadn’t vote for it you would be screaming to dump it.

Chances are Ted won’t even get the nomination and next year this time you will be dissing anybody who is opposing Jeb Bush. :-)

Ted Cruz, the best conservative in the bunch. If conservatives don’t nominate him, they will be missing a huge opportunity.

There are far more absolutists on the left.

Media frames them as devout, passionate, never give up, blah blah blah. Carries their water for them, idolizes them.

Gimme a break. I hope all the liberal rags fold.

They are. When I left the newspaper business several years back, they were already a fraction of their prior circulation numbers industry wide. Most print mags are already gone.

What people have to understand is that just because the media is united on a meme, it doesn’t mean the country is. The whole POINT of propaganda is to make small groups or unpopular ideas look like national consciousness.

In truth, how many people do we all know that thinks the way America, the GOP or the DNC swear we think? Few if any. When you do the math on that many people it’s a big number. So where does the media get their figures on ALL subjects? Other propagandists.

Self fulfilling prophecy. But only for anyone stupid enough to listen to the advice given by propagandists. IMO the problem isn’t so much the men behind the curtain though. It’s people willing to do whatever makes them stay invited to parties. There arent 300,00,000 people even close to being on board with the left/RINO BS. Maybe 30M at the massive outside. But the rest don’t want to be the odd man out so they shut up and go along.

After I voted for Cruz (Carly was #2), the top 3 results are:
Cruz 33%
Walker 28%
Paul 9%

....”Cruz gave a speech in NH this week answering all of these issues why he voted the way he did”....

I agree some are jumping the gun regarding what these two deals are about because they don’t understand the trade deals nor what the US roll is on International trade. Let alone reading the deals to see what’s in them.

I’m not for TPP but certainly understand TPA otherwise Obama gets the say entirely on his own...TPA stops him.

I saw a representative on one of the news shows talking about some of the amendments they will include when the house debates and votes. Things like actually excluding China in favor of other less powerful Pacific rim nations. Requiring congressional approval of deals that they don't have now.

That's right...TP-'A’ takes the power away from Obama doing on his own. TP-'P’ looks to be an entire different story altogether...since it's not been revealed in entirity nor the language they're going to use...

Cruz is wise not to take a stance before seeing it....and no doubt he'll make certain to understand the language. He's a Constitutionalist...he'll WANT to know the language.
