A contractor who worked in my office did this, including the full surgical details. Over the course of about three years, David became Britney.
Some time after "her" completion, Britney mentioned that she "still dated women". So apparently, he really was a lesbian trapped in a man's body. Sheesh, that was just an old joke, it was never supposed to serve as a rationale for major cosmetic surgery.
