The whole structure has to be damn near demolished in order to turn it back into an education oriented system rather than a democrat fascist indoctrination and recruitment system.

I notice, by the way, the people who whine about this and blabber about tenure being critical aren't the least bit upset when a tenured solid Conservative is run off for some minor infraction of their PC hogwash.

Recognition for years of service is one thing, possibly with a few perks, but the tenure system has dissolved into nothing but a part of the toxic mass used to smother anything the democrat fascists don't approve of.
