It means worldwide domination is right around the corner- They have already dominated many countrys with no resistance-
No one has ever dominated the entire world. Not even close. When they make themselves visible they make themselves a target. Been that way for thousands of years. The Mongols never reached the Atlantic. The Romans did not even know about the New World. The AGW zealots were making progress, but it stalled with the warming pause. Now they are making themselves plainly visible and the world population will rise up and crush them.
