An appropriations bill for the State Department and foreign operations, released Tuesday, excludes funding for three major climate initiatives – the Green Climate Fund, the Clean Technology Fund, and the Strategic Climate Fund – and also removes funding for the U.N.-backed Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

This is an encouraging start. We shall see what happens in the end. That is, the "end" is the signed federal budget.

LOL! You know how this will work out. The lyin’ king will simply issue an executive memo to provide everything needed to push the warmunist idea. After all, it is the worst threat ever in history that mankind has ever faced. And womankind. And all those in between kind.
