THIS JUST IN---Bill Clinton appeared at least nine times since 2011 for a speakers’ series for banker UBS’ American clients reaping a tidy $1.5 million, according to financial disclosure statements filed by Hillary.

It’s no joke. In Palm Beach County the Democrat SOS opened polls on Sunday morning - in violation of law - and only told the Democrat party. It wasn’t until a TV report of lines outside polling places that Republican’s found out.

In all fairness, early voting is more secure than vote-by-mail or absentee voting. If the voting at the polling location is secure, and that security is enforced, it's not any different than same-day voting.

For many people, early voting is the only way they can vote in an election. In the past 16 years, I've only been at home on Election Day once that I can remember.

I could have requested an absentee ballot, but my state specifically says: if you can vote early, do that instead.

The Legislature met beginning Jan. 13 and ended June 1, 2015. It will not be back
in session until Jan. 2017. I doubt that Gov. Abbott will be inclined to call a special
session to satisfy Hilary’s wants.

In the “good old days” it was truly a privilege to vote but not so today. Back then we all waited with anticipation for election day to come.

The way the election process has been bastardized, why note vote everyday, all year long?

Now Hitlary wants to make her own rules towards what ever will give her an advantage.

Disenfranchised MY ASS! Every person in this country has had, and continues to have, more than adequate time to get a personal I.D. or “voters card”, LONG BEFORE the November 2016 election. Early voting is nothing more than a way to cheat. T

Where I live, I could feasibly vote here in Michigan then Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. If I were feeling ambitious and all went my way I could also hit Iowa or Minnesota.

It would be a 500 to 600 mile one way trip but I would gain an extra hour changing time zones.

“Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton plans to call for an early voting period of at least 20 days in every state. Clinton will call for that standard in remarks Thursday in Texas about voting rights, her campaign said. She will also criticize what her campaign calls deliberate restrictions on voting in several states, including Texas.”

You are the only one so far on this thread who understands part of a state's election law. No one can just walk in from anywhere and vote a ballot.

Hillary is the dumbest person known to mankind when it comes to legal “anything”, as in how voting works. Each state's legislature has a thick election law book of the laws they passed to control voting that takes into consideration how to structure voting to eliminate voter fraud. “Know nothing” Hillary can't do jack about any state's election laws, so she is dumb as a stump when she asks for more days of early voting. She is wasting her breath but isn't smart enough to know it.

I taught that Texas Election Law Book and I'd be happy to give her that four hour course so she could take notes about Texas Election Law. Normally, from the ones attending, including lawyers, I took questions and answered them. If I taught her and she asked a question, I think I would tell her, “Shut up and listen.” I'm not at all sure she listens to anyone, she just babbles nonsense to others.

Along with my Republican County Chairman husband, we put on and ran the Republican Primary Election in that county. Early voting is covered by election laws and we have to have it since all voters could not vote in one day. The majority of those voting early are older people, disabled people, and workers who work long days so they early vote on Saturday.

When voters vote in early voting, a stamp is placed by their name on the official voting list, therefore, they can not come back and vote early again and that list is used on official primary voting day so they can't come back then and vote again as the list shows they have already voted.

If one wants to complain about voting, one should buy that election law book for their state and read how elections work in their state/county. Only when you know how it is supposed to work, can you complain if it isn't working in your county. Also, you should talk with your Republican County Chairman and see what he/she does in connection with primary early voting and primary election day.

As long as she is willing to surrender 100 votes in the precincts of OUR choosing for every fraudulent vote cast I say it would be wonderful.

I don’t believe that if you are talking about a “general” election held in November. I think you are talking about the PRIMARY election of the two parties.

If you are talking about the PRIMARY election held in the spring, which is run by each county, NOT the state secretary of state, the county Democrat chairman could hold Democrat early voting on Sunday during the legal early voting set aside days, if he/she wished. In the primary, there is a Republican Primary voting for their candidates, and a Democrat Primary voting for their candidates - the ballots are not mixed in a primary.

No one can just walk in from anywhere and vote a ballot.

Not legally but providing democrats weeks of cheating time in their own districts is suicidal.

You can’t just walk in and vote in an election. If your name is not on the voter list, you cannot vote. If you do, it would be a provisional ballot which is placed in an envelope for the Early Voting Ballot Board to adjudicate the next day or the next day. That board would verify you were not on the voter list, and the ballot would stay in that envelope as a cancelled ballot and never be counted.
