However, football is no longer met with American indifference. Nor any more does it offer proof of America's sporting isolationism.'

It took me 4 hours to read this article and I kept meticulous track of the pluses and minuses of Soccer.
The final score was 0-0. How freaking exciting.
Doubt any other sport has youth tournament numbers to rival that.
The best cure for soccer ignorance is seeing it played live at a high level.

Lol. The arrival of “sissy hoops” dates from an increasing amount of euro imports in the post play of the NBA. Where else could these mulleted “guys” have learned their advanced flopping techniques but the soccer pitches of their native lands?

If every “physical” play in the NFL ended in a flop, you’d be on to something that rivals the sissies of domestic and international soccer.
It really is hard for me to understand why soccer is so popular in the rest of the world. I have tried a couple of times to understand it.
