President Barack Obama apparently thinks he’s the closest thing to a Jewish president America has ever had.
Speaking to JPUpdates.com, top Obama confidant David Axelrod described a moment where the president expressed exasperation to him over being derided as anti-Israel by some.
“You know, I think I am the closest thing to a Jew that has ever sat in this office,” the president claimed, according to Axelrod. “For people to say that I am anti-Israel, or, even worse, anti-Semitic, it hurts.”
During Obama’s tenure, U.S.-Israel relations have fallen to their lowest point in decades.
In the interview, Axelrod attempted to blame the current impasse between America and Israel as the fault of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Axelrod slammed Netanyahu for only being in politics because he wants “to be somebody,” in contrast to Obama and more “respectable” politicians who Axelrod claims entered elective politics to do “something positive.”
I thought I heard that before. Although I was only referring to the name. That being said, barak does mean lightning. However, in some dictionaries, an alternative meaning may be: fartblossom.

As most people nowadays define the word "Jew," he is correct.

Lincoln's parents were Primitive Baptists ("Hardshells"), which influenced him even after he became a "freethinker." For a while he subscribed to a sort of fatalism that was a secularized version of the Hardshells' ultra-Calvinism.
Judaism doesn't have "values." It has commandments--Divine commandments. When did Judaism get re-defined as non-Theistic "social justice???"

Actually, the first real pro-Israel President was LBJ. I know . . . the man was a lowlife, but he was pro-Israel, as opposed to a number of Presidents who are often called "pro-Israel" but weren't (Truman, Kennedy). Unfortunately, Eisenhower was very hostile to Israel.
Nixon did supply Israel during the Yom Kippur War, but he wasn't really pro-Israel in his personal beliefs, and once even indicated that he didn't believe Israel would last very long. He definitely didn't believe it was a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

Well that's completely false. Jews are smart and some are freakin geniuses. Obama is the dumbest, most stupid, least accomplished nobody to have ever walked through those doors.
