I don't know about you but I do not want myself, my daughter-in-law or my granddaughter forced to share a public restroom with a man. PERIOD.
If S/he wants to play dress up and pretend he is a girly girl, fine by me. Do it at home, at the mall, in the park, wherever. Present yourself to the world as a woman. WHO CARES? I don't.
But do not force anyone’s personal life choices on me. When it is time for s/he to take a whiz, find a bathroom meant for 1 person only. Bruce Jenner's right to pretend ends at the bathroom door. Taking transgender (aka transvestite) “rights” into a woman's bathroom borders on the absurd.
To Bruce Jenner: by telling the world you are still attracted to a women you have told us you are not a gay man, but a heterosexual man you gave us who expect privacy in a woman's bathroom a gift. In this world of slippery slopes if we let one heterosexual male in a woman's bathroom, regardless of how he is dressed, we will soon be required to let all heterosexual men in a woman's restroom. Your declaration of being a heterosexual male has given us the starting point to stop this madness.

That’s why they changed “sex” to “gender”. We are no longer asked what sex we are but gender. (Gender is actually grammatical concept.) They know there are only two sexes but they use gender as something that is fluid and infinite in varieties.
Never as what gender somebody is. You are just falling into their trap.

So Lockheed Martin and Raytheon let women who say they are men use the men’s bathroom and men in dresses use the women’s bathroom, and have gay employee groups and health benefits for sex change procedures so they have better chances of getting billions in contract money.
Social engineering is cheaper and easier than weapon’s engineering, or even at the expense of the latter. But the long term negative effects are irrelevant when the chase for the federal dollar is more important.
But if s/he was an obvious male or inadvertently gives himself away, I can make it difficult if I had my granddaughter or grandson with me. I would not hesitate to report to the police there was a man in the woman's restroom. OSHA be damned. I would not do it in such a way which would come back to bite me in the ass, but I would make that phone call.
It is only a matter of time until a pedophile takes advantage of this new directive. Ripe for the picking. A pedophile does not care about gender, only opportunity. This directive is the OSHA goose laying a golden egg.
