Actually none of us know how this looks, we only know how the media says it looks.

After all, the media breathlessly informed us about George Zimmerman hunting black men and Darren Wilson executing Mike Brown in the street as he begged for his life.

Then there is the propensity of a certain segment of society to outright lie. I haven’t forgotten the girl in Baltimore breaking into tears as she told of the police shooting the black man in the back as he walked away. The only problem was that he wasn’t shot and his gun was the one that went off when he tripped.

I’ll have to disagree with you on this one cripplecreek. This is a photograph of the dead individual with the earbuds IN HIS EARS with a cop kneeling next to him. Sometime after this photo was taken those earbuds “somehow” were magically teleported into the dead individual’s pocket. Did the dead guy do that? Did the person taking the photo do that? The logical explanation is that (one of) the cops did it! Why would they do that? IMHO they would do it after seeing the buds in the ears and thinking to themselves “Oh shit, he didn’t hear us! This is going to be bad for me. What can I do about this? Jeez, I know, I’ll put the damn things in his pocket after removing them from his ears.

We know for a fact that the police lied.

Why would a dead man lying with his hands splayed out, remove his earphones and put them in his pocket, how would he do that?

“Their attorney, civil rights lawyer David Schoen, says the photo of McBean with the headphones — which he provided to NBC News — is evidence of a “coverup.”

The witness who took it, a nurse who asked to remain anonymous, says she pointed out the earbuds to police at the scene, after they rebuffed her offer to provide first aid to the dying man.

A transcript shows that Deputy Peter Peraza, who fired the fatal shots, repeatedly told sheriff’s investigators that he did not see anything in McBean’s ears.

And the homicide detective who led an internal review told McBean’s relatives in an email that officers on the scene “confirmed” he was not wearing a earpiece — after the family explained that he always had them on when he was out walking. The detective said the buds were found in his pocket, with his phone, at the hospital.”

Sadly, they are given special trust because of their position. That's why the cops get away with all of their lies.
