Both sights on the barrel is typical of break-barrel springers and a dead giveaway that it is an air rifle.

If you have been around guns and air guns it would be immediately clear.
There are some airguns which purposely are modeled after real guns but the Winchester is not.
Actually demanding that I post a picture of my gun was a bit of a rude thing to do. The fact that you don’t know is not relevant. Most people can tell the difference immediately.

Sadly, they are given special trust because of their position. That's why the cops get away with all of their lies.
I do however have more respect for them than I do the internet forensics experts who proudly declare guilt of all cops daily.
Here is one taken over 30 years ago of my Daughter shooting a Daisy target pistol. I can just see the cops salivating.
Along with the ear buds, also seen in your photo is a Jack boot, still standing on the dead man’s chest. Disgusting.

If you look closer, the boot is on the sidewalk, the photo makes the sidewalk and T-shirt blend together.
