EXCLUSIVE VIDEO — PBSO Drug Raid Damages THE WRONG HOUSE!
Gossip Extra ^ | 5/30/15 | Jose Lambiet

Posted on 05/30/2015 3:09:20 PM PDT by SoFloFreeper

A military-style raid on a working class home in Palm Springs yesterday was supposed to net federal authorities a drug suspect, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s SWAT team a nice assist.

Instead, SWAT members caused an estimated $10,000 in damages to the property of a taxpayer who had nothing to do with the investigation!

....It’s yet another story you won’t see on the dying corporate media until days from now...

you will see that they are not denying responsibility

That is an out and out LIE and you know it, if they were taking responsibility, they would ALL BE IN JAIL, their Assets would have already been siezed, and the County would have a contractor fixing everything in this ladies house TODAY!

The PERSON that SWORE out the Warrant belongs in PRISON FOR LIFE! All the Accomplices 10-15 hard time, 100% Civil Asset Forfeiture for every last person involved including the Judge that Signed the Warrant.

This stupid mistake is why the police get a bad rap rep.

It's hard to believe how often this happens. And when some momentum finally grew to curtail this paramilitary garbage, the knee-jerk statists start crying "You hate the police!"

This republic is gone. And it's only going to get worse.

This knee-jerk anti-cop ranting is what is inexcusable.

I agree. Folks here will slam 0bama for inflaming the war on cops, then spout the very same nonsense here. Logic and reason appear to be lost attributes with today's FReeper. Makes me sick.

...and left instructions how to be reimbursed for any damage.

That' it? Oops is all the homeowner gets? No apology, no guard, no explanation, nothing but... left instructions?

I really liked and supported Peace Officers, now they are LEO's and I support them not so much. They are just an armed branch of the IRS, separate and apart.

They should apologize to her and front her money to get repairs started. They should have secured her property (door and fence) when they found out they were in the wrong place.

These are basic expectations of decency and responsibility. I can see how mistakes could happen - rarely. But this is rude crude and unacceptable abuse of this poor woman.

Had this raid resulted in a citizen’s death as has happened many timea, exactly how would have any ‘instructions’ have restored life to their dead carcass? These types of SWAT raids are inexcusable under almost any circumstances in a free country. If they have a warrant, they can serve it by knocking on the door like civilized people, not a bunch of wannabe stormtroopers. They are unnecessarily creating situations where people are put in grave danger for no real reason other than they want to play soldier with their toys.

Palm Beach County Sherriff’s Office

PBSO? Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office?

I can think of another expression of the initials

Palm Beach Chicken [unladylike word] Office.

left instructions how to be reimbursed for any damage.

yes they did.

She has to pay for the damages up front and then submit the bills for reimbursement. What is their average turn around time on reimbursement?

And why didn't they leave someone there to guard the house that they left open? Was it so they could claim that most or all of the damages were not done by them but by some random stranger?

This thread is gunked up with cop-haters.... only cop-haters I know are urban thugs, communists, Manson Family type hippies, Nation of Islam and Black Panthers. Wonder what happened to the old Free Republic.

They should apologize to her and front her money to get repairs started.

I think the cops should go farther than that. They show an utter lack of respect for the public they're supposed to protect. Decent cops would show up and offer to fix the damage, on their dime with their labor. That's what decent people do for others after a natural disaster. This disaster was caused by the recklessness of cops. There are fewer and fewer decent cops left nowadays.

That’s ridiculous.... “this disaster”??? A piece of broken fence, broken lock and camera taken down? I’ve had worse damage from a stiff wind passing through the area...

Al Sharpton might call it a “disaster”, though, because it’s a great mileage word in the big anti-cop propaganda movement.

If she has a good lawyer and keeps after them, she may get her money 20 years from now. Providing they are unable to trump up a charge on her and throw her in jail.
