I thought women make less because “A womans work is never done”
Men tend to take on riskier and more labor intensive careers than women generally do. Not to mention the fact that the careers that many women choose contributes to this pay difference: especially when they whine about the lack of women in STEM occupations after choosing stupid majors like Womyns’ Studies instead of jobs in said STEM fields. Then, of course, there is the fact that this statistic doesn’t take into account for differences in occupations, positions, education, job tenure, or hours worked per week. It’s all smoke and mirrors used in order to demonize men and capitalism.
Reality has no place when you are pushing The Narrative.
I’ve been working full time for 35 years(whoo). Rarely take vacation and I’ve been out of work sick.....maybe, 10 days? in all that time. And yea I’m gonna paint all women with a broad brush.
Women take more off time, stay out sick more, take more leaves, and quit their jobs without another one lined up than men do.
That’s just the truth. I’m not complaining, wish I could do the same. Take more time off, that is. Unfortunately I have bills to pay. But maybe one of these days.....
