Actually Al, I would say it was an answer to prayer. We have been in a drought all over West Texas and for over 6 months there have been signs up all over the place, from yards to businesses to pray for rain.....Texans have been praying for rain and rain we got. Our lakes that were going dry are now brimming to the top.
Looks like God blessed Texas with an over abundant answer to prayer....

Al is not truly conversant with prayer...nor with the God to whom we pray.
I am certain that Al’s presumptuous vile, pompous pronunciations will not go unanswered.
It appears that unlike Texas, California by and large refuses to pray...for rain.. or anything else..
