I wouldn’t expect all groups to have same or similar violence rates, but what were seeing in black ares are way beyond the norm. I think this has been on a rise post LBJ.

Which norm? There are parts of the world where that level of violence is typical. "Diversity" and all.

I think the welfare society is partly to blame. It facilitates and probably gives financial advantage to fatherless households. And then "idle hands are the devil's workshop" runs its course.
