Hmmm....26 year old mother of seven? Living in Public Housing? Likely no father(s) involved in the life of her children? And she wants the cops to leave her drug dealers along?
Can’t understand why Baltimore is becoming a hell-hole.
That's what the black residents seem to really want. Leave the drug dealers alone so they can make money (and spend it on the women in the neighborhood), and only go after those who prey on black residents.
Oh, and trying to arrest people who have committed crimes against whites is also a no-no.
