If we had a real POTUS, our raising on this bet would be to un-mothball the 30+ B1's we have in AZ and take the 60 something we have in the fleet and put the F119 F-22 engines in them like the proposed EONS ago. I'd let the Israeli's take a look at it, and come up with their "block" upgrades they think it needs and let them run with it. I'd spring to buy Putin the Mylanta after that....
