A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against President Obama’s new deportation in a rulingTuesday that marks the second major legal setback for an administration that had insisted its actions were legal.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Texas, which had sued to stop the amnesty, on all key points, finding that Mr. Obama’s amnesty likely broke the law governing how big policies are to be written.
“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion.
Mr. Obama had acted in November to try to grant tentative legal status and work permits to as many as 5 million illegal immigrants, saying he was tired of waiting for Congress to act.

Good point. In the end it’s the American people that have to stand up to this massive invasion....and I have yet to see the will to do so.
I think the judge who issued the original ruling will not take kindly to O’s brush off.
Judge Hanen has pretty solid backing now.

It says nothing about the merits of the case or the final outcome.

Now that the obozo amnesty has been ruled illegal and that obozo broke the law, who in the federal government is going to uphold the court ruling? Answer: nobody. The judge should have served the people and issued an injunction to immediately close the Mexico border and to arrest anyone in federal authority who does not follow his order.

This will certainly cause the LBMB to be “sissed” off. The creature will ignore....like the other laws ignored. And when this occurs just what exactly will the courts do about it? nada,zip. When the time comes it will be WTP who make right the wrongs that the LBMB has done.
This appeals court ruling only maintains Judge Hanen’s injuction.
Now we wait for all those ?milions of illegally-issued IDs and documents to be returned. Thank you, Lord, for showing this clown the hammer.
Now the question all media should be asking.
“Hillary, would you follow in Obama’s footprints and disobey the courts ruling?”
Next, the 5th Circuit hears the case in July. Obama is free to take his opposition of the injunction to SCOTUS, but Obama has to go through Antonin Scalia who oversees the 5th.
