This is a major point. The global warming crowd believes their models are sacred and, if observations don’t match their models, then the observations are wrong and need to be “adjusted”. That is bass ackwards! When I went to grad school, one thing drummed in to me was that if your model doesn’t match your observations, then your model is wrong no matter how much you love it. That seems to have been lost on this generation of scientists.
The problem is the dichotomy between the gullible and the evil on the left.
Until you recognize and acknowledge that, your arguments aren’t effective.
The elite know there is no global warming and are simply using it as an excuse to do what they want to do to us anyway.
But the sheeperals are more complicated. They’re in it for the self-righteousness.

That group is hard to reach because when you invalidate their cause,
you are essentially condemning them to hell
by taking away their source of righteousness.
The thing that is not lost on this generation of scientists is "the more your studies suggest a problem, the more the Government will pay to study it".
Science does not proceed by consensus. Consensus has led science into any number of blind alleys. Science proceeds on the basis of repeatable empirical data. The fact is the Global Surface temperature data is riddled with bad raw data ( Positioning of weather stations etc) and fraudulent "adjustments" to the raw data.
The proper argument to make is that CO2 is NOT a determinant in temperature change.
In fact, CO2 Levels LAG Temperature increases....by about 800 years!
Neither is CO2 a “pollutant”, despite what some scientifically unqualified court ruled.
This “climate change” hoax is a tool to drive policy:
Population Control
Destruction of Capitalism
Destruction of Industry
Suppression of Energy Development
Not only do they want to shut down America’s success, they want to ensure the “Third World” doesn’t compete for economic access to their own natural resources and then thrive with higher population growth.
This is the Eugenics element.

To call someone stupid does not necessarily mean they ARE stupid. Some are just contrary by nature, tell them the sky is blue, and they come up with counterarguments, without ever glancing out the window and verifying for themselves as to just what color the sky is. They have their own set of facts, and cursed be those who challenge the facts they use.
Not stupid - just two different points of view, talking past each other, without a common frame of reference.
Frustrating, yes. But each with its own take on cunning and logic.
The charts and graphs mean the numbers have been cooked not the planet. Where are the calibration certificates? Where are the signatures on the chain of custody for all the numbers, for the calibration certifications, for the qualifications of everyone in this chain of custody for the numbers?
The term warmist is out there, and sort of lines up with islamist, which is not a coincidence.
